The ‘Heath Social Club’ for residents of Canford Heath meets at St Paul’s on the 1st and last Friday of each month from 1.30 to 4.30 pm throughout the year.
The idea of the Club is to provide a venue for adults to meet to play board games (e.g. scrabble, ludo, chess, and dominoes), mini table tennis, knit & natter, watch films, listen to talks, music, etc. There is a small charge which goes towards heating & lighting cost, refreshments, other expenses including fees for talks and equipment.
The Club is run by the Church and therefore comes under Church’s rules regarding Child Protection, Health & Safety, etc.
