Some answers to frequently asked questions...
Baptism
Often, the first step is that parents come along to take part in a morning service and meet the clergy, alternatively people can ring the church office on 605311. An appointment is then usually made for a clergy person to visit when baptisms and thanksgivings are discussed and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Following this, church members will visit each family to discuss the service preparation, answer any further questions and complete the form with requested dates.
Thanksgivings can be done on most Sundays but Baptisms take place during the 3rd Sunday in the month.
Weddings:
We welcome marriage and are keen to assist couples prepare for their lives together. We sometimes marry those who have been divorced following discussion with the clergy. As a venue, St.Paul's should be

Funerals
We all find the death of a loved one difficult. St.Paul's offers a comforting, intimate setting. An annual Service for the Bereaved in October.in the Autumn, helps to remember and give thanks for loved ones who have died. The Book of Remembrance is available and those listed are prayed for on the anniversary of their passing. Donations (small or large) in memory of loved ones are welcome. These help the church to remain available for all, through the years.
