About Our Faith

We are an Anglican Christian church. We believe in God and that He sent His son Jesus to show us the way, the truth and the light. We draw our inspiration from the Bible, using its stories to help us make sense of the world around us and the Holy Spirit guiding us everyday,

Our main service of worship is on each Sunday at 9.30am and in the evening we have a shared service with the Baptists at 6:45pm for 7:00pm. We do our best to be welcoming and inclusive.  We have a strong sense of community and work to make our church grow.  Our services are arranged to appeal to as wide a range of people as possible and our music is provided by our organists, pianists and our music group.

We think about other less fortunate members of our community and those who suffer in other parts of our world.  Through our charitable work we help where we can.

Fellowship is a strong part of our faith and there are many activities that operate throughout the week for all ages.  These range from Youth activities and Sunday Club for the youngsters, house groups, weekday services and other activities for adults.  In addition there are always other events happening such as church rambles, tea dances, barn dances, shows and music.
